Ingredients:
humectant glycerol, water, maltodextrin, niacin (nicotinamide), amino butyric acid (GABA), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), folic acid (pteroyl monoglutamic acid) vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).
