Short‑term treatment for occasional insomnia in adults
Donormyl contains doxylamine succinate 15 mg, a first‑generation antihistamine with sedative properties. It helps you fall asleep faster and improves sleep continuity.

DOSAGE
Adults: ½ to 1 tablet (7.5–15 mg) 30 minutes before bedtime
Maximum: 1 tablet per night
Duration: 2–5 days only, unless advised otherwise by a doctor
Do not use if allergic to antihistamines. Avoid in acute glaucoma. Avoid in men with urinary retention/prostate issues. Do not combine with alcohol. Use with caution in elderly due to risk of nighttime falls. May worsen sleep apnea. Contains lactose → unsuitable for lactose‑related metabolic disorders.
Possible Side Effects
Drowsiness next day – Dry mouth – Constipation – Dizziness – Urinary retention.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a dry, dark place, out of the reach of children below 25°C / 77°F.
