Doliprane 1000mg – 8 effervescent tablets
Doliprane 1000 mg effervescent tablets (box of 8) are a high‑dose paracetamol medicine used for fast relief of pain and fever in adults and adolescents over 50 kg.
Active substance (Composition for one tablet):
Paracetamol 1000 mg.
Excipients with notional effects: Sodium and Maltodextrin
Dosage:
½ to 1 tablet per dose, repeat if needed after 6–8 hours.
Do NOT take 2 tablets at once.
Maximum: 4 tablets per day (4 g paracetamol).
Administration:
Dissolve the tablet completely in a glass of water and drink immediately.
With antibiotics: No special interaction noted, but avoid combining with other paracetamol‑containing medicines.
Warnings & Precautions
– Do not use Doliprane 1000 mg if:
– You are allergic to paracetamol or any excipient.
– You have severe liver disease.
Use with caution if:
– You weigh less than 50 kg.
– You have liver or kidney disease.
– You consume alcohol regularly or recently stopped drinking.
– You are dehydrated or malnourished.
– You have viral hepatitis or Gilbert’s syndrome.
Avoid alcohol during treatment.
Do not combine with other medicines containing paracetamol to avoid overdose.
Store below 25°C/77°F. Keep out of reach of children.
