Dolobene Gel 50 g
Dolobene gel is used for the prevention of leg vein diseases symptoms (pain and swelling), as well as for closed household and sports injuries (bruises, bruises, dislocations, sprains, pain in muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints). Dolobene gel is a combined topical containing heparin, dexpanthenol and dimethylsulfoxide.
Dimethylsulfoxide improves the penetration of other substances through the skin, reduces inflammation and relieves pain. Heparin reduces blood clotting and speeds up the healing (disappearance) of bruises (hemorrhages). Dexpanthenol protects and softens your skin.
USE
Apply the gel in a thin layer (approximately 1 mm thick) to the lesion 1-2 times a day. Dolobene gel does not need to be rubbed in, gently apply it, and then lightly distribute over the entire area.
When using under dressings: Do not use airtight dressings. A thin layer of gel (about 1 mm thick) is applied under an air-permeable bandage. Allow the gel to penetrate the skin before tying the bandage.
