Mildronate 250mg Meldonium hard capsules, N40. Positive effect on the energy metabolism

Last updated on September 29, 2023

The active ingredient of Mildronate-Grindeks is meldonium dihydrate (meldonium).

Uses and active ingredients

Meldonium is a structural analogue of a substance contained in every cell of the body – gamma-butyrobetaine. The action of this drug is based on a positive effect on the energy metabolism of the body, as well as on the easy activation of the central nervous system. During physical exercise, Mildronate-Grindeks restores the balance of the processes of supply and consumption of oxygen in cells, activates those metabolic processes that require less oxygen consumption for energy production.

Usually, under conditions of increased stress, the body quickly runs out of strength, but as a result of the use of Mildronate-Grindeks, the body gets used to withstanding the load, uses oxygen sparingly and quickly restores energy reserves to prepare for new loads.

Possessing the functions of gamma-butyrobetaine, Mildronate-Grindeks is able to accelerate the transmission of nerve impulses in the body, thus, all reactions become faster, and the overall metabolism of the body improves. Therefore, when using Mildronate-Grindeks, a tonic effect is felt – memory improves, thinking accelerates, mobility increases, and the body’s resistance to unfavorable conditions increases.

Mildronate-Grindeks is used in combination therapy in the following cases: – decrease in working capacity, physical and psycho-emotional overload; – recovery period after cerebrovascular accident, traumatic brain injury and encephalitis.
