Uses and active ingredients

What role is played by the exchange of sugars?
The energy produced from the breakdown of sugar is needed for the whole organism. Since the formation and conduct of nervous excitement and irritation is dependent on this energy, it is important for the functioning of the nerves. The hormone insulin helps the optimum utilization of sugars in the body. In diabetic patients form too little insulin or their bodies do not respond to this hormone, so sugar can not be fully decomposed to convert into energy. It is therefore of utmost importance diabetics to take sufficient daily dose of vitamins that participate in the metabolism of sugars and particularly in the conversion of sugars into energy to maintain healthy nerves and blood vessels.

Which vitamin is what task?
The metabolism of the sugars is dependent and influenced by other vitamins and minerals.
Vitamin B1 is used to convert sugar into energy. Upon accumulation of sugar it turns into so-called “sorbitol.” But sorbitol violates the energy supply necessary for the proper functioning of the nervous system.
If the body has enough vitamin B1 and vitamin B6, conversion of sugars into energy will be hampered both nerves and blood vessels will remain in good functional condition. Vitamin B12 is also prevents nerves from damage.
Vitamin B12, biotin, niacin, folic acid and pantothenic act as enzymes in the breakdown of sugars and are of great importance for maintaining the health of the nerves and blood vessels.
Vitamins C and E and beta carotene act as antioxidants. They protect our body from the effects of “free radicals” – aggressive particles whose impact we are constantly exposed as a result of the harmful effects of the environment or the effects in our own organism Diabetics should pay particular attention to the optimal procurement of these vitamins.
Trace minerals chromium and zinc are of particular importance in diabetes. Studies have shown that increased intake of chromium can result in improved tolerance to sugars. Chromium helps insulin action and is part of the glucose-tolerance factor (OTP) which the cellular level is important for the metabolism of sugars. Zinc is critical for the storage of insulin in the pancreas. It has specific functions in the immune system as well as a significant role in the metabolism of sugars.
Seriously undertake the task to remove vitamin deficiency!

Balanced diet, similar to the natural, ensure the provision of our body with all the necessary vitamins. Modern eating habits and our lifestyle, however, often lead to vitamin deficiency.
